Rudy the Excommunicated?

It's been a few months since Rudy Giuliani topped the polls as the Republican nominee. He's been sliding a bit lately, but not because those conservative Bishops have been after him for his Pro-Choice stance.

Click on the Play Button for the latest from those fiery Pro-Life Bishops that were all over John Kerry in 2004.

Conservative Bishops Speak Out

Man oh man. Yeah, and the Yankees suck, too, Rudy.

I'd be up a creek with my in-laws if I even thought about liking the Yankees.

And after the Pope's pronouncement the other day, wouldn't he be automatically excommunicated?

Rudy isn't Catholic, is he? THat means he can't be excommunicated and the Bishops can't touch him!

Anyway, I'm very happy to have discovered this blog and subscribed. Great work! (and thank you).

Gads I had a laugh.

To bad it is so sadly true.

Welcome Beth and Fr. V!

Yes, Giuliani is Catholic; to what extent God only knows!

Rudy is also divorced and remarried, twice over. His first wifely upgrade was accompanied by an anullmeent on some grounds or another. The second one was not.

I've heard some conservative catholic rumblings about him on the web. They prefer a Brownback or whatever.

I think he will get more attention were he to win the nomination.

But either he has not spoken at commencement ceremonies at catholic colleges or you are right that conservative bishops are un-equal in their admonishments.

Now everyone knows that the super-awesome greatest Republican candidate, founding-father material for sure, bestest dude is...

Ron Paul!

All the Best, -B
