This is on KCTS RIGHT NOW: "Lives for Sale". So far it's pretty good, although my picture isn't coming in. (Sound is great.) Looks like it repeats on KCTS on 1/29 at 1 a.m.

Yes, that was a great production. Produced by Maryknoll! Would love to see more of the same. The Immigration Town Hall in Yakima was interesting, too.

Yeah I only caught the last bit on the town hall, but it looked good. You know which Just Coffee they were referring to? There's two on the web: justcoffee.org and justcoffee.net.

I went to the Maryknoll site and searched "just coffee" to find the link. It's the "justcoffee.org" group that was featured in the documentary. In looking at the two sites, that seems right.

Hi! And yes it does. :) I picked it because I needed a handle, and I didn't want to use my real name (I talk about academe a lot on my other blog.) I used to play a lot of Balinese music, and I picked up Indonesian during my doctorate. I'm really rusty, though. Where did you live? (I'd like to study music over there, but it's hard arranging it with my fiancé's job...3000 miles of LDR is doable. 13,000 isn't.)
